Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer / MEP Manager with solid knowledge and practical experience in Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, inspection and supervision of MEP works at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise complete MEP works at the project site.
- Handle and coordinate Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting installations.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs and specifications and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Structural and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site manpower for MEP works.
- Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify site issues, technical problems and coordination gaps and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors regarding MEP-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of material, work progress, inspections and testing.
