SDR profile : Key Responsibilities

- Conduct B2B data research to identify target companies, prospects, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases based on industry, company size, location, job title, and business requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers such as CXO, Head of Sales, Customer Service Head, Contact Center Head, IT Head, and Operations Head.
- Perform cold calling to prospective customers and identify their business requirements.
- Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online research.
- Qualify prospects based on need, authority, budget, and timeline.
- Handle objections and conduct initial discovery conversations.
- Schedule qualified meetings, product demos, and appointments for the sales team.




- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify current sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales funnel.
- Update prospect information, activities, and lead status in the Excel sheet and CRM.
- Verify and enrich contact data including business email, phone number, designation, company information, and LinkedIn profile.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
