We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Designer to design and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and proficiency in design software.Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Drafting:Design and develop detailed MEP layouts for HVAC, Electrical (Lighting & Power), Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Drainage systems.Prepare SLD, schematics, load calculations, and BOQs.Create 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in Revit MEP.2. Technical Calculations:Perform Heat Load Calculation (HAP / Elite), Lighting Lux Calculation (Dialux), Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop, and Plumbing Pipe Sizing.Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority standards.3. Coordination & Execution:Coordinate with Architects, Structural & Interior teams and handle clash detection using Navisworks.Review shop drawings, material submittals,



and provide technical support to the site execution team.Attend client and consultant meetings and incorporate feedback.4. Documentation:Prepare Design Basis Reports, Technical Specifications, BOQ, and Cost Estimates.Maintain proper documentation and revisions of all MEP drawings.Required Skills & Qualifications:B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.3+ years of proven experience as an MEP Designer.Mandatory Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Office.Strong knowledge of: HVAC, VRV/VRF Systems, Electrical LT/HT, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, Water Supply & Drainage.Knowledge of Dialux, HAP, and AutoCAD MEP is a major advantage.Good understanding of green building concepts and ECBC codes is preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.What We Offer:Market-competitive salary as per industry standardsGrowth opportunities & learning environmentExposure to high-value luxury and commercial projectsHow to Apply:
