Billing & Order Processing

- Process sales orders and invoices in ERP.
- Verify pricing, discounts, GST, SKU, quantity, batch and approvals.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, challans, debit/credit notes and stock transfers.
- Coordinate warehouse dispatches.

C&F; & Commercial Operations

- Coordinate with C&F; agents, warehouses and transporters.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatches, shortages, damages and returns.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, schemes and commercial policies.
- Coordinate invoice reconciliation, claims and collections.

MIS & Reporting





- Prepare daily billing, dispatch and stock MIS.
- Track orders, billing, stock movement, returns and secondary sales.
- Maintain accurate ERP data and reports.

Key Skills

- Billing, order processing and dispatch knowledge.
- GST, e-way bills and invoicing.
- ERP: Dynamics 365 Business Central / SAP / Tally.
- Valuable Excel, MIS, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
