- Supervise day-to-day security operations across the Tech Park.
- Manage and deploy security guards as per shift rosters.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Ensure effective access control and visitor management procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate incident response.
- Handle emergency situations including fire, medical, and security incidents.
- Prepare daily occurrence reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, and EHS teams during emergencies.
- Ensure security personnel maintain proper grooming, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
