We are looking for a hands-on Google & Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce and beauty & personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle Sales, Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Retargeting, and Lookalike campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct audience, competitor, keyword, and market research.
- Test creatives, ad copies, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Manage remarketing campaigns and improve website conversions.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Work with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining advertising efficiency.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- E-commerce/D2C experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate:
We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can independently take ownership of campaign setup, tracking, optimization, creative testing, reporting, and scaling—not someone who has only coordinated with agencies.
