Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Associate / Junior Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals looking to launch or elevate their career in the US Staffing Industry. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be trained to identify, engage, and screen top-tier talent for US enterprise clients and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Talent: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and internal ATS databases to search for active and passive candidates matching client requisitions.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience,



communication ability, availability, and cultural fit for the position.
- Negotiation & Submissions: Discuss compensation/hourly rates, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorization status (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, etc.), and submit pre-screened, quality candidates to Account Managers.
- Candidate Care & Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline, guiding them from initial outreach through formal interview stages and onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Consistently meet performance metrics (daily submissions, client interviews, and candidate placements).
- Compliance & Records: Accurately log candidate data, submission statuses, and interactions within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Customer Service, or US Staffing. (Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable conducting phone interviews with candidates based in the US.
- Industry Awareness (Plus): Basic understanding of US geography, US time zones, and employment tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, quick learner, target-oriented, and resilient in a quick-paced environment.

- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-Office)
- Shift: US Night Shift (Monday to Friday, weekend off)
- Experience Level: Entry-level / Associate (0–2 years)
