Experience: 1–2 Years in Marketing / Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to increase customer reach.
- Generate new leads and develop solid customer relationships.
- Promote jewellery collections, offers, schemes and special campaigns.
- Conduct field marketing activities and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with local businesses, institutions and organizations for promotional opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into showroom visits and sales.
- Support showroom events, promotional campaigns and outdoor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Energetic, confident and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
- Good Malayalam communication; English is an advantage.
- Strong networking and customer relationship skills.
