Job Title: IT Lecturer Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate IT Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in Information Technology, guiding students in academic projects, and helping them develop industry-relevant technical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions related to Information Technology. - Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises. - Teach programming concepts and software development fundamentals. - Handle subjects such as Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, DBMS, Web Development, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and Software Engineering, based on the assigned curriculum. - Conduct laboratory sessions and provide hands-on technical training. - Evaluate students through assignments, tests, practical examinations, and projects. - Guide students in academic projects, mini-projects, and final-year projects. - Provide individual support and clarification to students regarding technical concepts. - Maintain attendance, academic records, internal assessment marks, and other required documentation. - Conduct seminars, workshops, technical activities, and skill-development sessions. - Keep course content updated according to current industry trends and technologies. - Encourage students to develop problem-solving, analytical, programming, and communication skills. - Support placement-oriented training and help students prepare for technical interviews and aptitude assessments.



- Coordinate with the academic/department team regarding curriculum, examinations, and student progress. - Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, events, and other institutional responsibilities. - Maintain a professional and positive learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals and programming concepts. - Good practical knowledge of programming languages and databases. - Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner. - Strong classroom management and student-handling skills. - Knowledge of current IT technologies and industry trends. - Experience in teaching/training or academic institutions will be preferred. Preferred Technical Skills: - Python / Java / C / C++ - SQL / DBMS - HTML / CSS / JavaScript - Web Development - Computer Networks - Operating Systems - Software Engineering - Data Structures & Algorithms - Basic Cloud Computing and emerging technologies Experience: Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may be considered. Candidates with prior IT teaching, training, or lecturer experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
