We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating loan business, assisting customers throughout the loan process, evaluating applications, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new loan leads through various channels.
- Meet with prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify customer documents and application information.
- Evaluate loan applications based on company policies and eligibility guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners,



and local businesses.
- Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement and business-development targets.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, NBFC or financial services is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.
- Ability to generate leads and work toward sales targets.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
