Job Responsibilities :

.

- Obtain detailed Engineering inputs, review and approve detail civil construction methods, work procedures, detail schedule for execution, resource planning prepared by the functional Leads and execution agency.
- Prepare detailed scope of work and provide inputs to projects.
- Co-ordinate with the Project team for timely release of Construction Drawings and Specifications.
- Review and provide inputs on technical bids to project Department, Evaluate and recommend the contractor technical and functional capabilities to facilitate proper assessment is done for all bidders.
- Should have well versed with latest construction techniques and construction Equipment.
- Technical assistance to the Liaison team in for getting necessary permissions / Approvals for smooth execution of the Project.
- Preparation of RFQs / Tenders for civil works which includes BOQ, resource requirement, cost estimate and other job specific requirements.
- Review of Technical Specifications, procedures, detailed fabrication Drawings issued by consultants & contractors.
- Monitoring of construction & Maintenance activities as per the drawings, specifications and schedules
- Prepare weekly , fortnightly and monthly look ahead plans from Baseline schedule, monitor them closely and report the progress to CM/PM/ Project Control Manager and recommend corrective actions in case of any delay.




- Management / Administration of Contract in consultation with Contract & Procurement group.
- Preparation of As-built documents/ mark ups/ HOTO documents.
- Reconciliation of FIM to Contractors.
- Reviewing and approving the Technical queries, Deviation request raised from site or execution agency.
- Joint measurements and certification of Contractors bills for progressive and final payments.
- Demonstrate ability in achieving results and driving change is required.
- Shall also be responsible to train the team for short and long terms goal of organisation.

Education Requirement :

B.E. / B. Tech - Civil

Experience Requirement :

- Minimum 17 years of experience in construction field
- Experience required with major oil & gas production project as a Lead.
- Experience for well site preparation will be an added advantage.
- Independently handled at least 2 projects in the field of Oil and Gas works.
- Have executed at least two majors project
- Have exposure to the applicable codes and standards.
Conversant with engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, engineering standards, specifications & codes comply with all company policies

Skills & Competencies :

- Proficient in construction safety and quality procedures and proactive in driving the project within cost and time parameters.
- Contract administration abilities and have in depth knowledge in claim settlement.
- Solid analytical and problem solving & organizational skills.
- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal & coordination skills
Knowledge of construction planning tools and in depth knowledge in basis planning of civil works of subject nature.
