- Process and track insurance claims within defined TAT.
- Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with surveyors, insurers, policyholders, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and claim status.
- Prepare and maintain claim reports and documentation.
- Update claim systems and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare MIS reports and support claim-related operations.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
