Your work profile

- Analyze, design, and support end-to-end OMS business processes.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, QA, and Production Support teams.
- Configure and support OMS enhancements and system integrations.
- Coordinate UAT, review test cases, and manage defect resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support production issue resolution.
- Validate data using SQL and APIs, and support release deployments.
- Prepare project documentation and recommend process improvements.

Key skills required





- Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and order lifecycle management.
- Experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, and Exception Management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing (Postman).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS.
- Experience in OMS implementation, enhancement, integration, or production support projects.
