Job Summary
Breeze Rehab and Hospitals is looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation healthcare team.
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient health, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate clinical records, and supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively with doctors, therapists, nursing staff, patients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV medications, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during procedures and clinical interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the concerned doctor or senior nurse.
- Ensure proper implementation of individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence wherever appropriate.
- Support rehabilitation activities and coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other clinical professionals.
- Maintain proper infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety practices.
- Ensure correct handling, storage, and administration of medications.
- Check and maintain emergency equipment and nursing supplies as required.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, safety standards, and infection-control guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medication, treatment, rehabilitation, nutrition, hygiene, and follow-up care as instructed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinical records.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate relevant patient information clearly.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and initiate basic emergency measures within the scope of practice.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing station, patient-care areas, and equipment.
- Report incidents, medication errors, patient falls, or other clinical concerns immediately through the appropriate reporting system.
- Perform other nursing responsibilities assigned by the Nursing In-charge, Centre Head, or authorized management.
Required Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council, as applicable.
- Freshers may apply.
- 0–3 years of relevant hospital, rehabilitation, ICU, or clinical experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.86 - ₹15,000.88 per month
