Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min. 1-2 + Yrs.

Job Location: Bagru (Jaipur)

*Key Responsibilities*

Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily production activities.

Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Coordinate with production supervisors, operators, maintenance, and quality teams.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

Monitor machine operations and identify production-related issues.

Support troubleshooting of machine and process-related problems.

Maintain daily production reports, records, and documentation.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

Follow company safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.

Assist in reducing production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.





Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Perform any other production-related duties assigned by senior management.

*Required Skills*

Basic knowledge of Manufacturing & Production Processes

Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts

Knowledge of Production Planning & Shop Floor Operations

Basic knowledge of Quality Control

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

Ability to work in a team and under production targets

Knowledge of 5S, SOP, and Safety Practices will be an advantage
