Seeking a detail-oriented Tender Assistant to support the tendering process, including bid identification, documentation, compliance, and timely submission. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 months of relevant experience, preferably in the Fire & Safety domain, along with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to adhere to timelines.

Responsibilities:





* Identify and track relevant tender opportunities

* Prepare, organize, and maintain tender documentation

* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines

* Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection of required documents

* Assist in preparing quotations and supporting sales-related activities

* Submit bids within deadlines while maintaining accuracy

* Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and follow-up activities

* Support the Sales & Business Development team with administrative and operational tasks

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
