looking for a Assembly Engineer to increase productivity & oversee our assembly line

processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop process flow charts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and

workflow diagrams to ensure clear communication of processes to skilled and

unskilled workers.

- Work with time study, motion study, and line balancing practices for a smooth

& time-driven assembly process.

- Design and develop tools like jigs, fixtures, and hones to streamline and

optimize assembly operations.

- Overall management of assembly machines – Ultrasonic machine, pad printing

machine, riveting machine, box printing machine, strapping machine,



and other

machines.

- Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure smooth operational

workflows and address interdepartmental requirements.

- Conduct research and implement strategies for process and product

optimization.

- Prepare and maintain operations, performance, and other required reports,

ensuring accurate documentation of all processes and activities.

- Lead and manage the assembly team effectively, continuously working on

improving productivity and efficiency.

- Implement and monitor Kaizen, PokaYoke, TPM (Total Productive

Maintenance), and Lean Manufacturing practices.

- Train employees on processes, tools, and best practices to enhance their skills

and knowledge.

- Handle other tasks and projects assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a

related field.

- 2+ years of proven experience in assembly processes and team management.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and quality improvement practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in technical tools and software related to assembly operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
