Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales.
Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and booking processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
