About the Role :

We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic and business-oriented Management Trainee who will work closely with the Business Owner and Management Team to coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations.

This is not a routine data-entry position. The selected candidate will get exposure to Sales, Production Planning, ERP, Finance, Inventory, Dispatch, Customer Communication and Management MIS.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand the business quickly, follow up relentlessly, work with multiple departments and eventually function as an extended arm / business operations partner to the Owner.

Who We Are Looking For:

Fresh graduates with a strong academic and extracurricular track record.

Candidates with good analytical and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Comfortable working with ERP systems and learning new software.

Good English communication – written and verbal.

Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

High level of ownership and responsibility.

Ability to work with numbers, reports and operational data.

Willingness to work closely with senior management.

Ability to handle multiple priorities without losing track.
