Clinical Supervisor
Responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining clinical standards and documentation, and supporting daily clinical operations. The role includes staff guidance, performance monitoring, compliance, patient safety, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification:BAMS,BHMS,BDS
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical protocols, documentation, and patient safety
- Ability to manage and support a clinical team
