About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our HR team at Transparent Capital. The intern will support the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate/recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining.




- Prepare and share Job Descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM/BBA/BMS in HR or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment processes.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
