Key Responsibilities

- Assess applications, servers, databases, dependencies, security, performance, and cloud readiness.
- Plan and execute enterprise migration waves using Rehost, Replatform, Relocate & Repurchase strategies.
- Configure workloads, manage data synchronization, dependencies, and migration runbooks.
- Manage testing, connectivity, cutover, rollback, and Day-1 service continuity.
- Validate performance, security, monitoring, backup, and cost controls.
- Maintain migration documentation and hand over workloads to Cloud Operations.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Migration and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Landing Zones, networking, IAM, storage, databases, and DR.
- Solid troubleshooting, migration planning, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- M&A; / Data Center Migration experience is an advantage.
