Key Responsibilities

- Promote and communicate Muskan Foundation’s mission, programmes, and impact to donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with individual, institutional, and corporate donors.
- Identify and research potential donors, foundations, CSR opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Support the development and implementation of fundraising, partnership, and outreach strategies.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities to achieve organisational targets.
- Develop fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations, reports, and outreach materials.
- Maintain an updated donor database, record contributions, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.




- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives with CSR partners.
- Coordinate and engage with volunteers and interns supporting fundraising and outreach activities.
- Ensure that donor reports and other compliance documents are prepared accurately and submitted within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Programme teams for donor reporting, documentation, and audits.
- Represent the organisation professionally in meetings and interactions with donors, CSR partners, foundations, and other external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
