About Narrior Narrior is a women's care-navigation platform bringing diagnostics, nutrition, and wellness into one personalized place — currently fragmented across thousands of overlapping brands and services with no trusted layer connecting them. Our product, SmartPod OS, personalizes what a woman sees based on her life stage and preferences, while she always chooses her own next step. Narrior licenses this exclusively to institutions — communities, corporates, schools, colleges, and hospitals — so the women already inside them get access first, rather than selling directly to individuals. We are currently deploying our first institutional partnerships in Pune, with expansion planned across additional cities.

Location: Pune Experience: 12–15+ years Reports to: Founder About the Role This role owns Narrior's broader marketing function — public-facing education (primarily Instagram), campaign and city-launch materials, and brand consistency across all external touchpoints — working within a strictly defined brand and design system. With Pune as our first live deployment market, this role will play a key part in shaping the playbook for subsequent city launches

Key Responsibilities Own Instagram and other public-education channels, translating Narrior's clinical- adjacent, systems-based positioning into accessible, non-medical language for a general audience Execute and finalize existing draft materials, including city-launch ("[City] Deployment")



templates and supporting campaign assets for Pune, Jaipur, and Hyderabad Ensure all copy and creative strictly adheres to Narrior's locked OS voice guidelines and avoids prohibited clinical/medical terminology Partner with the design team (Vara Design) and founder to maintain visual and tonal consistency across web, social, and campaign materials Contribute to the design and rollout of commercial-disclosure and sponsored-content visual treatments in line with Narrior's governance principles Plan and manage the marketing calendar around Narrior's phased launch roadmap — beginning with our live Pune deployment — including the planned multi-city demonstration tour Candidate Profile 12–15+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally spanning health, wellness, or consumer-adjacent B2B2C businesses Strong track record of translating technical or specialized subject matter into transparent, engaging public communication Experience operating within strict brand/style guidelines and a preference for disciplined execution over generic startup marketing conventions Familiarity with regulated or sensitive-content marketing (health, wellness, or similar) is a strong plus Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (design partners, leadership, external vendors) and deliver on tight timelines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
