Bug Hunters is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Services Sales professional to

drive enterprise business across Delhi-NCR & North India. We’re looking for someone who

understands how to sell cybersecurity as a service — not just products.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own an annual bookings / revenue target for cybersecurity services in Delhi-NCR and

assigned North India

● accounts.

● Build a qualified pipeline through CISO networks, industry forums, partner co-sell, and

targeted outbound.

● Run full-cycle sales: discovery, scoping with delivery / pre-sales, proposal, commercial

negotiation and close.

● Translate technical findings and control gaps into a business case the CFO and board

can approve.

● Shape multi-year managed-services deals (SOC, MDR, vCISO, GRC retainers) with

clear SLA and pricing logic.

● Orchestrate RFP / RFI responses with solution architects; protect win-rate and deal

quality, not just volume.

● Expand wallet share in named accounts; map buying centres (IT, Risk, Internal Audit,

Business Units).

● Maintain forecast accuracy in CRM; run a weekly pipeline rhythm with leadership.

● Partner with delivery to ensure smooth handover, referenceability and renewal / upsell.

Represent the firm at Delhi-NCR CISO circles, DSCI / NASSCOM events and account

QBRs.

Required Experience & Skills:

● 5-7 years in B2B sales of cybersecurity services, managed security, or high-value IT

consulting. Product-only / box sales without a services track record will not be a fit.

● Proven closures with large enterprises, BFSI, government / PSU, telecom, or GCCs in

North India.

● Comfort discussing SIEM, SOC operating models, cloud shared-responsibility, identity,

GRC frameworks and Indian regulatory context (CERT-In, GeM,



RBI cyber guidelines,

SEBI CSCRF, DPDP Act).

● Ability to run a consultative sales motion with CISO / CIO / CRO and to defend value

against price-only competition.

● Strong written proposals and verbal presence; can lead a 60-minute discovery without a

pre-sales engineer in the room.

● CRM discipline (Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot) and clean forecast

hygiene.

● Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Location: Delhi / NCR;

willingness to travel across North India.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Existing CISO relationships in Delhi-NCR, Gurugram, Noida and Chandigarh.

● Experience selling with or through MSSP, Big 4 cyber practices, or specialist security

consultancies.

● Familiarity with pricing models: T&M, fixed-fee assessments, per-endpoint / per-log

MSS, and outcome-based retainers.

● Security awareness credentials (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP Associate, CISM

awareness) — certification is useful, not mandatory.

● Hindi and English fluency; additional North Indian language is a plus.

Success in the first 12 months:

● A documented territory plan and named-account map for Delhi-NCR within 45 days.

● A qualified pipeline covering 3x annual target by month 6.

● At least two recent-logo managed-services or multi-workstream professional-services wins.

● Forecast accuracy within an agreed band and a clean CRM book of record.
