Senior Accountant – US IT Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts skilled with prior experience in a IT services company to manage finance and accounting operations for a US-based Healthcare IT business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage General Ledger, AP, AR, invoicing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Handle US client billing, collections, vendor payments, and account statements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, cash-flow, AR/AP aging, and variance reports.
- Review project-wise revenue, expenses, billing, and profitability.
- Coordinate with US clients, vendors, auditors, and internal teams.
- Support US accounting, tax, and compliance activities in coordination with external advisors.
- Maintain strong financial controls and accurate accounting records.




- Handle international transactions and foreign currency accounting, where applicable.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of Finance & Accounts experience, preferably in a corporate IT/IT services company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with US clients or international accounting is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in US Healthcare IT, healthcare technology, IT staffing, SaaS, or software services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
