Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
- Develop engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high-quality social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Respond to comments, messages,



and audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Support and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing / Social Media Management.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of hashtags, trends, engagement, and audience growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
