We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead the complete lifecycle of a Stilt + 8 (S+8) storey residential apartment building project. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, contractor management, budget tracking, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery from foundation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Management: Drive daily operations for the entire S+8 residential building construction, ensuring strict adherence to structural designs, architectural plans, and engineering specifications.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive master construction schedules, baseline milestones, and daily/weekly work plans using project management software.
- Contractor & Subcontractor Coordination: Direct and supervise main contractors, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sub-consultants, vendors, and site labor forces.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols (HSE) on-site and ensure high standards of structural integrity, material quality, and finishing craftsmanship.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, verify contractor bills, manage variations/change orders, and maintain strict alignment with the approved budget.




- Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Coordinate with local authorities, architects, and structural consultants to ensure compliance with municipal building codes and regulatory clearances.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress updates to management, maintain daily site logs, track material inventory, and manage final defect lists prior to handing over units to occupants.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 8–12+ years of hands-on construction experience, with a proven track record of managing multi-story residential apartment projects (specifically S+8 stories or higher).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of RCC frame structures, foundation works, finishing work, MEP coordination, and structural safety standards.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Robust leadership, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
