Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle telephone communication and assist with routine enquiry and appointment coordination. The position requires clear communication, accurate information sharing, timely follow-ups, and professional interaction with callers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to general enquiries and provide information based on approved guidelines.
- Record caller details and enquiry information accurately.
- Coordinate appointments with the concerned team.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain call and follow-up records.
- Forward clinical or technical questions to the appropriate team member.
- Communicate appointment details and updates clearly.
- Coordinate with the front-office and clinical teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of information shared during calls.




- Follow the organization’s communication procedures.
- Complete routine reporting and documentation related to calls.

Requirements

- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, appointment coordination, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Professional and polite telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
