Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on UG/PG programmes, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.

- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to understand students' academic background and career goals.

- Manage the complete enrolment funnel — follow up with prospects from initial enquiry through application to final admission.

- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate and updated lead and student records in CRM/MIS systems.

- Coordinate with academic departments and the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.





- Represent the institution at admission drives, seminars, webinars, and outreach/marketing activities.

- Provide regular reports on enquiry status, conversion rates, and pipeline health to reporting managers.

Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
