Job Description:

Telephonic communication with students, members, prospective candidates, other stakeholders of the Institute and also instrumental in responding to enquiries, disseminating information relating to admissions, examinations, training programmes, seminars and other Institute activities, besides extending necessary administrative support to the concerned department.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Experience – Minimum 0 - 1 years

(Transparent and confident speaking skills; the required language may be English, Hindi, Bengali.)

· Mandatory Qualification – Higher Secondary (10+2)

· Additional Skills – Good Communication Skills and Basic Computer Knowledge.





Consolidated Remuneration:

· ₹18,000/month

Period of Engagement:

· 11 months. Further extension, subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the position.
