About the Role: We are hiring Senior Architects with 3-4+ years of hands-on experience to design and manage architectural projects, working closely with the lead architect and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings and design presentations
- Liaise with site engineers to ensure design intent is executed correctly on site
- Support the lead architect in project planning and approvals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools
- Good understanding of building codes and construction practices
- Robust communication and design presentation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
