Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain products/services and assist customers with their queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Work on lead generation and customer engagement.
- Handle calls professionally and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
