Position: Business Development Executive – Solar
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar / Waluj MIDC
Employment Type: Full Time

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates with experience in Solar Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition or Renewable Energy are preferred.

Experience Required

- 1–5 years of experience in Solar Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of Solar PV Systems and Renewable Energy will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Solar Projects & Solutions.
- Identify potential residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references and networking.
- Meet clients and understand their solar energy requirements.
- Explain solar solutions, benefits and project proposals to customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and customer enquiries.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with installation/project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.

Solar Technical Knowledge

Solar PV Systems Rooftop Solar On-Grid Solar Off-Grid Solar Solar Panels Inverters Net Metering Solar Project Costing Basic Electrical Knowledge

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech preferred.
Candidates with relevant Solar Sales experience may also apply.
