JCNT Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and other sales activities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, property developers and other potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product information.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales.
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



quotations, client interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
✔ Experience in marble, tiles, cement, sanitaryware, hardware, plywood, paints or other construction/building-material industries will be an added advantage.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
✔ Robust customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with field sales.
