Role Overview

The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality technical and marketing content across multiple channels, including blogs, case studies, website content, social media, email campaigns, and PR activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology topics and the ability to communicate them effectively to both technical and business audiences.

This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to develop impactful content around Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, DevOps, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality technical and marketing content for blogs, website pages, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and customer success stories.
- Develop content around Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and managed services.
- Research complex technical topics and convert them into clear, engaging, and business-focused content.
- Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, newsletters, and PR activities.
- Proofread, edit, and optimize content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs and produce accurate content.




- Support marketing campaigns through content creation for landing pages, sales collateral, brochures, one-pagers, and campaign assets.
- Ensure consistent IFI Techsolutions branding, messaging, and editorial standards across all content channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft ecosystem developments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in the IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology services industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and content development.
