JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations, coordinate shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain smooth communication between customers, branches, delivery teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily shipment booking, pickup, dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with courier partners, branches, customers, and delivery teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and resolution of delays.
- Handle shipment-related queries, complaints, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, PODs, invoices, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth shipment processing.
- Follow up on pending, undelivered, returned, and exception shipments.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation,



and data entry for shipments.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required by management.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and operational policies.
- Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of courier/logistics processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
