Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer product-related questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and respectfully
