Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the hospital.
- Drive CGHS, TPA, Corporate, Insurance and Cash patient business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, CGHS stakeholders, and referral networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Manage corporate tie-ups, empanelments, referrals, and institutional business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead and monitor the marketing/business development team.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and business performance.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient services and business operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
