Role Overview: We are looking for senior skilled with strong experience in the aluminium windows and sliding doors industry, with end-to-end knowledge of technical designs, costing, production, vendor management, installation, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end operations knowledge for aluminium windows and sliding doors.

Develop accurate product costing, quotation and price based on material, hardware, glass, vendor development and installation costs.

Drive production planning, quality control, timelines, and productivity.

Provide strong technical support on profiles systems, fabrication, and installation with quality aspects.

Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and projects knowledge with onsite working to ensure smooth executions.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, technical specifications, and company quality requirements.

Candidate Profile:





10+ years of relevant experience in aluminium windows, sliding doors or similar industry.

Strong understanding of aluminium smart systems.

Proven knowledge of optimising costing, production, vendor management and project execution.

Should be technically strong with the ability to independently handle complex projects and mindset with solutions.

Strong leadership, negotiation and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
