About the Role

Reliable Builders is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market. The candidate should have an established network of channel partners, property brokers, and real estate consultants and be capable of generating quality leads and business opportunities through these relationships.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with excellent communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and real estate agents across Navi Mumbai.
- Generate qualified property/project leads through channel partner networks and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's sourcing network.
- Regularly meet and coordinate with channel partners to generate business.
- Have strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market, including key locations, upcoming developments, pricing trends, competition, and customer demand.
- Track market activity and provide relevant market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and ensure continuous business flow.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market movements.
- Maintain proper records of channel partners, leads, site visits, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–7 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales,



business development, or a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market is mandatory.
- Existing channel partner/broker network in Navi Mumbai will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of residential real estate projects and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
- Should be confident, target-oriented, and strong in relationship management.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and meeting channel partners.
- Strong networking and business-development skills.
- Should be able to work independently and deliver results.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly looking for someone who:

- Has prior experience working in the Navi Mumbai real estate market.
- Has an active network of channel partners and brokers.
- Can generate leads through existing professional relationships.
- Understands the major micro-markets of Navi Mumbai.
- Has a proven track record in real estate sourcing/channel partner management.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Incentives: Applicable as per company incentive structure and performance.
- Increment: Performance-based.
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Regular Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: No fixed time limit; working hours may extend depending on business requirements, site visits, channel partner meetings, and project activities.
