Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations for Frozen & Chilled Chicken Products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, market expansion, sales target achievement, and managing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for Frozen & Chilled Chicken products.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop current markets and expand the company's customer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales & marketing team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market reports and performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, orders,



payments and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG / Food Products / Frozen & Chilled Chicken will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales, distribution and market development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with good business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
- Candidates with experience in food/FMCG sales and distribution are preferred.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills and performance.
