Steel Fabricator Foreman

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator Foreman to supervise and coordinate steel fabrication activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of steel fabricators and welders.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
- Plan and coordinate daily fabrication activities.
- Monitor cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing of steel structures.
- Ensure fabrication work meets required quality and dimensional standards.
- Allocate work to team members and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, welders, and other site teams.
- Check materials, tools, and equipment required for fabrication.
- Identify and resolve fabrication-related issues.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain daily work records and report progress to management.




- Train and guide workers on proper fabrication methods and safety practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Steel Fabricator Foreman / Fabrication Foreman.
- Good knowledge of steel fabrication, fitting, and welding processes.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Robust team leadership and supervision skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
