Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven HR Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR Operations and People Management for our telecalling operations. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring high-performing agents for Sales, Customer Service, Collections, and Debt Recovery processes,Attendance Management, Joing & Induction, Employee Grivence Handling and Employee support for Head count of 70 + Employees.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for volume-driven monthly 10 to 15 telecalling roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (APNA,Indeed & Workindia), social media, local consultants, and walk-in drives.
- Niche Sourcing: Actively source profiles specifically with experience in Sales, Collections, and Debt Recovery.
- Screening & Assessment:



Evaluate candidates for communication skills, negotiation abilities, resilience, and local language proficiency
- Onboarding: Coordinate documentation, offer and Appoinment letter and initial HR induction for new hires.
- Vendor Management: Liaison with external recruitment agencies and consultants when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of core recruitment experience (Consultant or Corporate background).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience hiring for BPO, Call Centres,Financial Services (BFSI) is highly preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
