Shipment Tracking:

1. Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.

2. Follow up with transporters for shipment updates.

3. Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues.

4. Maintain accurate dispatch status reports.

CHA:

1. Prepares and files critical paperwork like the Bill of Entry for imports and Shipping Bills for exports, alongside invoices and packing lists

2. Interacts directly with customs officials, answers queries, and coordinates physical cargo inspections

3. Determines correct Harmonized System (HS) codes and calculates duties, taxes, and GST owed to the government

Vendor & Transporter Management:

1. Coordinate with logistics vendors and transport service providers.

2. Obtain and compare freight quotations.

3. Assist in freight cost optimization.

4. Ensure transporter performance and service quality.

Documentation & Reporting:

1. Maintain logistics documentation and shipment records.

2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

3. Verify freight invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for billing.

Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward shipments.

Required Skills:

1. Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

2. Robust coordination and follow-up skills.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.

5. Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel.

7. Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.

8. Communication in English is preferred. HINDI Will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

1. 6 Months – 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
