Sr. HR Executive – Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive – Operations to manage HR operations and employee relations for our night-shift workforce. The candidate should have strong communication, employee-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the night shift.
- Handle employee grievances, queries, counseling, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, late coming, and workplace discipline.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and ensure a positive work environment.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.




- Coordinate with Reporting Managers and Department Heads on employee matters.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and smooth HR support during night-shift hours.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist roles.
- Strong employee relations and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of attendance, leave, HR documentation, and HRMS.
- Ability to handle employee concerns independently and professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
