Bredenbatta is looking for a hands-on, research-oriented R&D; candidate interested in developing healthy and creative food/snack products.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on food/healthy snack product development experience or project exposure
- Product formulation, trials & standardisation
- Basic proximate analysis
- Sensory and quality evaluation
- Research, scientific learning & reporting
- Food processing knowledge
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- M.Sc. Food Technology
- M.Sc. Fish Processing Technology
- M.Sc. Microbiology
- M.Sc. Biochemistry

Freshers with strong MSc project/research/internship experience in food product development may apply.

⭐ Preference: Candidates who have actually developed and standardised healthy snacks, millet/cereal/pulse-based, protein-rich, baked, roasted or functional food products.
