Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is suitable for MBA graduates/freshers who are interested in developing practical experience in HR operations and gaining exposure to a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
- Support recruitment and interview coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support attendance and leave-related activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR files.
- Coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility

- MBA / MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
