About the Role

Alphanso Technology is looking for an AI-Powered Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help build the next generation of intelligent web applications.

We are seeking an experienced developer who combines solid full-stack engineering skills with a practical understanding of AI technologies, automation, and intelligent workflows. You will work across the frontend, backend, and AI integration layers to develop scalable, maintainable, and innovative software solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

- Build and maintain modern, scalable web applications.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and develop robust backend systems using Laravel, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate AI models and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini into web applications.
- Build AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.
- Develop REST APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend, backend, and AI services.
- Design, optimize, and maintain databases for reliable application performance.
- Collaborate with the development team on product architecture, technical decisions, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, development tools,



and best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend

- Strong experience with Laravel (PHP).
- Good knowledge of Node.js.
- Working experience with Python.

Frontend

- Strong experience with React.js.
- Strong experience with Next.js.

Important: Candidates must have practical experience in both backend development (Laravel) and frontend development (React.js / Next.js). This is a full-stack role, not a frontend-only or backend-only position.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Knowledge of AI Automation and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience building AI-powered web applications or intelligent workflows.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and database design.
- Experience with MySQL and database optimization.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of modern web application architecture and development practices.
