Educational Qualification

- BE/DCE Civil Engineer

Experience:

- 6 to 8yrs

Description

Pre-Requisites

- Should have experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry.

- Flexible to work in any location

- Possess strong analytical skills

- Posses Good Written and Oral Communication Skills.

- Good team player

- Valuable knowledge on computer application

- Knowledge on FIDIC conditions, Quality Management System, documentation complying with ISO standards

- ERP/SAP would be added advantage

- Subcontractor management

Responsibilities

- Estimation of Quantities as per GFCs

- Preparation of Budgets and have an effective mechanism for its monitoring

- Preparation of Client bills & follow-up certification

- Subcontractor billing and co-ordinate their payments

- Carryout Joint Measurements with client & keep track of all contract variations, deviation from scope of work, hindrances etc

- Preparation of Project Management Information Reports, DPRs etc

- Carry out periodic material reconciliation

- Preparation of Master Construction Programs, Monthly/Weekly schedules, Resource Histograms and monitoring the same

- Candidates should have worked with Construction Industry and should have handled the above responsibilities.
